Our Clients in Bacoor, Cavite is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our night shift team. Fresh graduates are welcome and candidates with 3–6 months of BPO experience are encouraged to apply. Healthcare BPO background is a plus.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, provide accurate information, document interactions, and escalate issues when needed while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates of any course may apply.
• 3–6 months of BPO experience required or preferred.
• Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Bacoor Cavite.
• Willing to work night shift, including weekends and holidays as required.

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Bacoor, Cavite. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and candidates with 3 to 6 months of BPO experience in any line of business (LOB). Healthcare BPO experience is preferred but not required.

The successful candidates will assist customers with inquiries, address concerns, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
