Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Professionally handles high volume inbound calls to quicklyidentifyand resolve customer issues
• Presents new products and services
• Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
• Demonstrate ability to gauge customer response
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs, and educate customer
• Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
• Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
• Continuously evaluate andidentifyopportunities to drive process improvements that positivelyimpactour client and its customers
• Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports asrequired
