• A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information about products and services, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role typically involves communication via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Process orders, returns, and refunds
• Maintain customer records and update account information
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for products or services
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Meet customer service quality standards and goals

Qualifications
