Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• BPO experience is a plus but not required.
• Open to onsite work.
• Location within 25–35 km of Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and provide information/assistance to clients.
• Check mail, fax, and internet mail to assist customers.
• Communicate with customers by phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
• Answer participant questions and clarify information to ensure understanding.
