Qualifications

• Excellent to above-average English communication skills.
• BPO experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Can do onsite work and is within 25–35 km of the location.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and provide information/assistance to clients.
• Check mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
• Communicate with customers by phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
• Answer participant questions and understand what critical information is being asked.
