Job summary

You will use SAP and internal systems to close orders, handle non-routine requests, and collaborate with planners, Quality, and Marketing to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience preferred in a customer service/operations role.
• Education: senior high school with experience, some college, or bachelor’s degree.
• Must follow policies and procedures; able to perform routine problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Process routine customer orders according to demand plans, schedules and lead times using SAP and internal systems.
• Respond to inquiries from internal customers about order tracking and statuses.
• Identify and communicate resolutions for delays, missing information, or product availability.
• Use dashboards and reporting to identify order issues and communicate findings.
• Coordinate with planners and Customer Service Representatives on customer issues.
• For international shipping or special orders, coordinate with Quality and Global Trade teams.
• Process orders for product samples and trials with Marketing.
