The candidate will contribute to outsourced services related to medical billing and reimbursement, acting as a liaison for research and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related Customer Service/Operations role.
• High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience.
• Open to B2s (promotion) & B3s (lateral).
• Has not applied to the same role/job family in the last 6 months.
• Minimum 3.0 / Meets/Achieved on the last Performance Rating.
• No active DAs, PIPs / Not in a prescriptive period.

Responsibilities

• Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments.
• In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area.
• Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently.
• May modify process to resolve situations.
• Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments.
• May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members.
• This project under OFL will run until April 2027. Upon completion of the project period, there may be an opportunity for redeployment to another segment.
