Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gather and send data for scorecard/offline reports using a standard template to customers.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding status of cases.
• Identify and communicate resolution to internal and external customers.
• Use dashboards and reporting from internal systems to identify causes of exception cases and resolve them.
• Document the resolution process.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and externally facing representatives on customer issues.
• Maintain a detailed log of daily transactions and meet service levels.
