Job summary

VEENOVA GLOBAL CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Shipping & Logistics Support specialist in the Philippines. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate import/export shipments, prepare shipping documents, and monitor schedules.

Responsibilities include liaising with shipping lines, freight agents and overseas partners, maintaining records, resolving service issues, and ensuring smooth cargo movement and timely updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support for shipping services.
• Coordinate import/export shipments with shipping lines, freight agents, transporters and overseas partners.
• Prepare shipping documents including shipping instructions, Bills of Lading, invoices and related documentation.
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and customer information.
