Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders and related sales documentation.
• Assist customers with product information, availability, samples and general enquiries.
• Coordinate with sales, suppliers and internal teams on orders and projects.
• Monitor order progress and update customers on delivery/collection arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records in the company system.
• Provide administrative support to Account Managers as required.

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to support our customers and growing sales team. You will play an important role in ensuring enquiries, quotations, orders and project requirements are followed through accurately and efficiently.

This role is suitable for someone who is organised, responsive and enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced, design-related environment.

Job Description

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders and related sales documentation.

• Assist customers with product information, availability, samples and general enquiries.

• Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers and internal departments on order and project requirements.

• Monitor order progress and keep customers updated on delivery or collection arrangements.

• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order and project records in the company system.

• Provide administrative and sales support to Account Managers where required.

• Handle customer feedback and service matters professionally and promptly.

• Support day-to-day operations and other customer service duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with a positive and responsible working attitude.

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks.

• Comfortable with administrative work and following through on customer requests.

• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems.

• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination or administrative support is an advantage.

• Experience in building materials, interior products or design-related industries is an advantage, but not required.
