We are looking for a Sales & Order Processing Administrator to support customers and distributors across the Oceania region. Salary: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
5-Day Work Week (Monday to Friday)
Be the key contact person for customers and distributors across the Oceania region.
Prepare and process quotations based on customer requirements.
Maintain customer records and update sales information in CRM systems.
Support the sales team with daily coordination and administrative activities.
Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Coordinate with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor stock availability and update customers on delivery schedules.
Prepare and manage shipping, import/export, and related documentation.
Assist customers with warranty claims and service-related enquiries.
Maintain and organize operational records and documentation.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Support ad-hoc projects and duties when required.
Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, logistics coordination, or similar functions
Fresh candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
Experience in shipping, international logistics, or export documentation will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
