Crown Awards in Makati is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to support daily sales and customer service operations. You will assist customers with orders and drive sales through proactive communication, while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a willingness to work onsite in Makati with flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends.

• 1 year experience in sales in a BPO setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Service and Sales Representative play a critical role in supporting daily sales and customer service operations. This position is responsible for assisting customers with order placement, generating sales through proactive communication, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is assertive, persuasive, and customer-focused, with a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Support

Assist customers in placing orders through various sales channels (phone, chat, email).

Initiate and manage communication with existing and potential clients to drive sales.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and order-related questions.

Reporting and Coordination

Submit daily productivity reports to the immediate supervisor.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order or service-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience sales in a BPO setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A dynamic, convincing, and results-driven sales attitude.

Chat and Email is a plus.

Must be willing to work onsite (Makati).

Amenable to shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.

Education & Technical Requirements:

College level or equivalent work experience preferred.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard CRM or ticketing tools is a plus.
