Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, customer relations, sales, or similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented, patient and professional.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell the company's products and achieve sales targets.
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests and concerns across channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and offer solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
