Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• 1-3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Field work experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude towards development training.
• Experience in CI (competitive intelligence).
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Generate sales leads (loan applications).
• Generate qualified loan consultant/agent leads through cold calling, area mapping/saturation, referrals, and listings; retain active agents.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations/orientations.
• Drive LC generation activities.
• File loan applications and encode sales data in the system for monitoring.
• Compile and analyze credit information; create investigation reports and provide weekly/daily updates.
• Verify customers' past or current credit records.
• Assess credit worthiness of existing or prospective clients.
• Assist customers by answering questions and requests.
• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation.
