Job summary

JK Capital Finance Inc is looking for a proactive Leads Generation and External Sales professional to enhance loan applications through external agents and agency partnerships in Metro Manila. The role emphasizes field visits, training, and disciplined outreach to improve KYC and sales conversions.

You will work with the Loans Production and RO teams to pre-screen prospects, monitor performance, and support recruiting new agencies and LCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in banking, financing, or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity of External Agents (Loan Consultants & Agencies) to increase loan applications by 25% per month.
• Re-activate inactive External Sales Agents through field visits and refresher training.
• Lead daily outreach with Client Leads to assist External Agents in KYC and sales pitches.
• Participate in Marketing offsite events to attract cold leads and credit their output.
