• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willing to undergo company training.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into loan applications to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Promote and explain the company's loan products, requirements, and application procedures to prospective clients.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Monitor endorsed accounts from application to loan release and coordinate with internal departments regarding account status.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups, maintain accurate sales records, prepare required reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
