• Identify and prospect potential clients through fieldwork, referrals, and online platforms.

• Assist clients in filling out loan applications and gathering documentation.
• Coordinate with Credit and Loan Processing teams for smooth processing.
• Follow up on application status, requirements, and approvals.
• Maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the company.
• Submit regular reports on sales activities and pipeline to Sales Officer/Branch Manager.
• Attend product training, sales meetings, and company events.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
