Qualifications

• A four-year business degree is required.
• 3+ years in product development, marketing, or project management, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with customer loyalty programs is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends.
