Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino Manila in Manila is seeking a Membership Specialist to develop and manage loyalty programs that build strong guest relationships and drive repeat business. You will lead end-to-end loyalty initiatives, including research, concept drafting, budgeting, implementation, and postmortem analysis.

The role requires collaboration with branding and operations teams, data-driven decision making, and a focus on compliant, high‑quality service in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• For non-experienced, preferably be a graduate of any course related to marketing or tourism.
• Fluent in English, knowledgeable and/or can speak another foreign language is an advantage.
• Computer systems and Microsoft office literate (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and enhancing customer loyalty programs tailored to the needs and preferences of the target market.
• Identify and manage rewards, incentives, discounts, and exclusive offers to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the branding team and external partners to develop promotional campaigns and communication strategies across various channels.
• Analyze customer data, feedback, and program performance to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure loyalty programs remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, particularly data privacy and consumer protection, and conduct program briefings for operations teams.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding membership benefits, promotions, and property amenities while maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service.
