Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably with customer engagement and AI-driven solutions.
• Proven track record of launching and iterating on loyalty or engagement features for financial services.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and market research.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for building products that create value for customers and business partners.
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Loyalty product strategy and roadmap across the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and operations to implement features.
• Define requirements, user stories, and prioritization; conduct experiments to improve loyalty.
