Seller’s Hub, Inc. is seeking a Sales Follow-Up Associate to focus on customer follow-ups, outbound calls, and sales conversion. You will engage interested and existing customers, re-engage abandoners, and guide them toward completing orders.

The role emphasizes fast response times, proactive outreach, and building positive customer relationships through chat and voice conversations. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least high school, senior high school, or college graduate (undergraduates are welcome)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Taglish-friendly)
• Comfortable doing outbound calls and customer follow-ups
• Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or e-commerce is an advantage
• Sales-driven with strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely follow-ups via text, chat, and outbound calls to interested and existing customers
• Re-engage customers who showed interest but did not complete their purchase
• Ensure fast response times and proactive outreach to maximize sales opportunities
• Guide customers toward completing their orders and maintain positive relationships
