Job summary

Seller’s Hub, Inc. is seeking a Customer Engagement Associate to strengthen customer relationships and drive repeat purchases through chat, text, and outbound calls.

You will engage new and existing customers, personalize interactions, and support upsell opportunities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• At least high school, senior high school, or college graduate (undergraduates are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging customers through chat and outbound calls.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through chat, text, and outbound calls
• Build strong relationships with recent and existing customers
• Maintain regular communication to encourage customer loyalty and repeat purchases
• Personalize customer interactions based on customer needs and behavior
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and previous purchases
• Re-engage customers who have shown interest in products
• Upsell and cross-sell opportunities by recommending products, bundles, and upgrades
• Handle inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in CRM
• Share customer insights with the team
