Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• Preferably with a strong understanding of automotive technology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• With keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician.
• Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives.
• Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
• Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
• Assisting customers when deciding to fix their cars through the dealership's shop.
• Informing customers of service changes or when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
• Coordinating service work to meet commitments to clients.
• Estimating cost and turnaround time, and maintaining customer updates.
• Carrying out other tasks within the after-sales department as needed.
