Responsibilities

• The Service Advisor is mainly responsible in receiving customer vehicles, performs customer consultation on vehicle concerns. Performs inter-active reception and upsell Aftersales products and services, conducts vehicle checklist and pre-diagnosis. Prepares repair order and tracks its status. Provides customer update and performs vehicle handover to customer.

Qualifications
