• Prepare damage estimation reports for units.
• Process insurance claims with the insurance company.
• Follow up with insurers for LOA and verify LOA against estimates.
• Convert LOA to RO and update customers, monitor repairs.
• Submit daily reports: Released, Estimated, WIP.
