Matterhorn Motor Inc. seeks a Service Advisor to provide advisory services to customers regarding automotive service and repairs.

The role requires coordinating with service teams to meet customer requirements and ensuring smooth workflow within the dealership environment. Location is Batangas; candidates should have a relevant two-year technical qualification and at least one year of experience, with strong communication and initiative to support customer satisfaction and timely service

• Two-year related technical/vocational course is the minimum requirement.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Candidates should exhibit technical proficiency, oral communication, interpersonal sensitivity, initiative and resourcefulness.

The Service Advisor is primarily responsible for direct contact with customers to provide advisory services related to required automotive service / repairs and consequently undertaking coordination with other work units of the organization to meet such requirements.

Location: Suzuki Auto Angeles, Suzuki Auto Batangas

• Completion of a two year related technical/ vocational course is the minimum requirement but a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline on engineering or industrial technology is an advantage
• At least one year of related experience
• Persons being considered for appointment to the position should exhibit the following mandatory job dimensions at point of entry:

In addition, candidates for the position should be computer literate and capable of applying Microsoft office programs.
