Responsibilities

• Receive customer vehicles and conduct consultations on vehicle concerns.
• Perform vehicle checklists and pre-diagnosis; prepare repair orders.
• Provide updates to customers and hand over vehicles after service.
• Upsell Aftersales products and services.
