Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service representative to handle outbound calls and emails from customers and advisors, addressing policy enquiries and requests.

You will assist customers with the Company’s portals and mobile app, ensure all requests are closed within service standards, comply with internal policies and regulations, and support department workflows.

This role follows a 830am-530pm (Mon-Fri) schedule and requires prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to outbound calls/emails/cases on policy enquiries/requests from customers and advisors.
• Provide assistance to customers on the use of the Company’s portals and mobile app.
• Ensure every service request/feedback/complaint is followed through to closure within service standards.
• Comply with internal policies, procedures and the relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in department procedures, workflows and administration.
