Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support our Clark operations in the Philippines. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and online inquiries to resolve routine problems while upholding client KPIs.

You will greet customers professionally, maintain product knowledge, document interactions, and strive to enhance satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Tolerance for repetitive work and ability to adapt to changes.
• Able to work as a team member or independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions; maintain a professional tone.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractual KPIs and ensure service is delivered to customers.
• Clarify customer requirements; use tools to provide resolutions.
• Listen to customer needs and build rapport with empathy.
• Greet customers professionally according to procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work and annotate accounts as required.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking system.
• Respond to inquiries by referencing published materials or escalating to senior staff.
