TaskUs Antipolo - Lizzy's Watchtower is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experience across phone, email, and live chat channels. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and strive for high customer satisfaction while meeting client KPIs.

Candidates with 1+ year BPO experience and strong communication skills will thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment at 3F Xentro Mall, Antipolo.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year BPO experience.
• Phone, email and live chat support experience is a PLUS.
• Willing to work on cyclical schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with Windows/macOS and office apps.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses via email and live chat support channels.
• Filter content from the client's website.
• Perform data and research functions.
• Provide support through basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and elevate priority issues.
• Route calls and document interactions per SOPs.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and meet client KPIs.
