The role requires at least 6 months of BPO experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to work onsite with shifting schedules. You will handle inquiries about products, orders, returns, and policies, document interactions, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite at UP Ayala Technohub with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding retail products, orders, deliveries, and account-related concerns.
• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and other applicable transactions.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and relevant policies.
• Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet established quality and performance standards.
