TaskUs Clark – House Teamwork is hiring Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional support via calls, email and live chat. This on-site role in Pampanga/Bulacan area emphasizes quality interactions, problem solving, and achieving client KPIs.

Qualifications

• Six months outbound sales experience (preferably outbound).
• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• At least 2 years in Account Management / Account Executive / B2B / client-facing roles.
• Phone, email and live chat support experience is a plus; other CS, Sales, Billing, or Tech Support is better.
• Willing to work on cyclical schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Computer literate; proficient with Windows, macOS, MS Office and Google applications.
• Typing test of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
• Provide accurate responses via email and live chat.
• Filter content from client websites and perform data research.
• Provide support through basic troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints; escalate when needed.
• Meet client KPIs and participate in trainings.
