Position description: The position supports the daily operations of SM Cinema and contributes in driving the sales through engaging visitors, assisting in selecting and handling customer purchases. Also, it is leading the customer on their way to the venue with the assurance of safety and first-class customer service experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality food service.
  Prepares and assembles food items, monitors inventory, and maintains cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
  Assists in cinema operations by ushering guests, checking tickets, enforcing house rules, and ensuring audience safety and comfort.
  Coordinates with team members on bulk orders, block screenings, and special events to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
