Job Description

The Cashier is r esponsible for the efficient processing of all sales transactions. Ensures all daily sales transactions are correct – cash on hand tallies with the total sales. Secure all cash payments and funds, and accomplish all sales report to respective heads while providing excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately processes ticket sales, discounts, and payments while ensuring proper handling of cash and sales documents.
• Delivers excellent customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.
• Ensures ticket pricing accuracy, compliance with cashiering procedures, and vigilance against fraudulent transactions.
• Promotes upselling of food items and merchandise to enhance sales and customer experience.
• Participates in continuous learning and development to improve skills, productivity, and career growth.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or must have completed at least two (2) years in college;
• Customer service-oriented and with good communication skills;
• Experience in a customer service-related field is an advantage (restaurant, hotel, etc.)
• Willing to work on flexible schedules.
