Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Retail Specialist for Stores to optimize store performance through exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and sales growth.

You will oversee daily store activities, implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, and drive achievement of sales targets. You will assist walk-in subscribers, demonstrate products, process documents, and handle cashiering duties while ensuring accurate, timely transactions and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
• Sells all products and services to walk in customers.
• Performs product demonstrations.
• Accept, screen, evaluate and approve documents received from subscribers.
• Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team
• Complies to agreed shift schedules.
• Complies to attendance policy including pre approval of OT availment.
• Keep his/her own workplace always clean, compliant to established 5S standards compliant to the established policies set by the company.
• Execute functions as required by Iris system policies and procedures (i.e. perform cashiering functions including payments, accept and sell postpaid/prepaid stocks allocated by the Inventory Custodian).
• Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.
• Encode in all transactions that are passed on to other support groups, whether at the Head or Regional Office.
• Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.
• Able to function as custodian or cashier as the need arises.
