Job Overview

The Retail Specialist for Stores is responsible for optimizing the performance of retail stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales. The role includes overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
• Sell all products and services to walk‑in customers.
• Perform product demonstrations.
• Accept, screen, evaluate and approve documents received from subscribers.
• Provide timely and efficient customer delivery to achieve team targets.
• Comply with agreed shift schedules and attendance policy, including pre‑approval of overtime.
• Maintain a clean workplace in compliance with 5S standards and company policies.
• Execute functions as per Iris system policies, including cashiering functions and payment handling.
• Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after‑sales transactions.
• Encode all transactions for handover to support groups at the Head or Regional Office.
• Timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.
• Function as custodian or cashier as needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve store sales and revenue targets.
• Achieve favorable results for Line Wait and CSAT/MSP, ensuring delivery of customer service targets.
• Meet all standards in SLA for all transactions.
• Maintain minimal or zero exceptions.
• Complete full training compliance, including attendance and passing all examinations.
