Job summary

Concentrix Philippines in Naga is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for iRecruitEngage 2027. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and online inquiries, delivering responsive customer service and resolving routine issues in line with client requirements.

As part of the role you will greet customers professionally, maintain basic knowledge of client products, document interactions, and contribute to customer satisfaction KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
• Tolerant of repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work as part of a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify requirements and use resources to resolve issues.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work notes in the system.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call-tracking systems.
• Respond to inquiries by directing to published materials or seniors.
