Job summary

Concentrix Makati is hiring a One Makati Customer Care Specialist for iRecruit Engage 2026. The role handles inbound and outbound calls and online inquiries, delivering customer service and resolving routine problems in line with client requirements.

You will meet contractual KPIs, maintain product knowledge, document interactions, and look for opportunities to assist customers with additional products or services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Multi-tasking capability; flexible to change.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player or able to work independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contacts; maintain a professional demeanor.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions.
• Listen with empathy and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously according to procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work and document accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track and retrieve information in the call tracking system.
• Respond to inquiries by referencing published materials or more senior staff.
