Concentrix Philippines is seeking a CDOCustomer Care Specialist to support iRecruitEngage 2027. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, meeting KPIs, and resolving inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with up to six months of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Local shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions with a professional tone.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers professionally and courteously.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work and document accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Respond to inquiries by directing to published resources or senior staff.
• Track and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
