Job summary

Deployed in Pasig, Metro Manila, is seeking a customer service specialist to handle high-volume calls, resolve technical and billing issues, and assist with reservations. You will maintain accurate customer records, follow up on issues, and aim for high CSAT and sales targets.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a rotating 9-hour shift schedule. Leaves entitlement, HMO and life insurance accompany the package.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to handle high call volumes under pressure.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in reservations or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong English language skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including technical and billing questions.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction.
• Meet performance targets for calls, CSAT, and sales.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and updates to information.
• Assist customers with making reservations.
• Upsell and cross-sell products or services where appropriate.
• Adhere to policies and data protection regulations.
• Update vouchers bookings and reservations from the previous day.
