Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to join our onsite team in Manila.

You will respond to email inquiries, monitor social media, handle Google Reviews, and coordinate reservations while collaborating with operations, kitchen, and venue teams via Microsoft Teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage bookings for events.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, reservations or concierge role will be a distinct advantage.
• Proven sales and administration skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using digital communication tools and booking systems.
• A collaborative attitude and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Outgoing and proactive, with passion and energy in your work, calm, polite, and guest focused.
• Proficient in Outlook, with experience using reservations software being an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responding to a large volume of email inquiries and resolving customer service questions.
• Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments with a consistent brand voice.
• Reply and manage Google Reviews.
• Manage reservations and liaise with operations, kitchen and venue management teams via Microsoft Teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Managing and building rapport with guests to ensure their expectations are exceeded and always enhancing customer experience.
• Manage bookings for functions and events, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
