HR 1001 is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the iQor site in Dasmariñas, Cavite. The role centers on handling high volumes of customer calls, delivering accurate answers, and building trust with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or supported by vocational training.
• Customer service in a transaction-based environment preferred (call center or retail).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls with a positive experience.
• Listen to customers, understand reasons for calls, and provide accurate responses.
• Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Place outbound calls and communicate with energy and enthusiasm to customers.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and team members based on trust.
