Responsibilities

• Leads local HRIS, Recruitment, Compensation and Compliance initiatives.
• Drives continuous improvement in training and development through metrics and trend analysis.
• Oversees recruitment, selection, and salary negotiations to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Manages records, reporting and relationships with external partners and applicants.
• Provides policy guidance on diversity initiatives and employee relations.
