Formación

• High school diploma; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with good attention to accuracy.
• Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls or online inquiries to assist customers.
• Resolve routine problems and provide product/service information.
• Greet customers professionally and build rapport.
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services and document interactions.
• Suggest additional products/services when appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in call systems; refer to resources or seniors as needed.
