Job summary

Concentrix Bacolod is seeking a Customer Support Associate I to interface with customers via calls or online channels and provide service and resolution to routine issues. Qualifications

• High school diploma or two years of college education is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and courteous demeanor.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient computer navigation and basic product knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via inbound/outbound calls or online channels.
• Meet contractual KPIs and resolve routine issues.
• Clarify requirements and use tools to provide resolution.
• Document accurately and maintain customer accounts.
• Assist customers with product information and upsell when appropriate.
• Rotate shifts as needed and work well in a team or independently.
