Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify requirements and provide resolution using resources.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers professionally and follow procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Document and complete work accurately in the system.
• Assist customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Rotate shifts as required.
