Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 0–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and courteous demeanor.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; comfortable navigating computer interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution with decision-support tools.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers; show empathy.
• Greet customers courteously following procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work; document accounts as required.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services where appropriate.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or more senior staff.
