Ugnay Solutions is hiring a Customer Care Representative for an international, voice-based banking account. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries and building strong relationships with customers.

This full-time role is onsite at McKinley, Taguig, with a fixed night shift. We welcome graduates, undergraduates, and career shifters with at least 6 months of related experience alongside a joining bonus and a monthly allowance.

You will be working with a global leader in IT and business consulting services, supporting an international consumer banking voice account. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and building strong relationships over the phone.

Benefits and Compensation

• Full-time role
• Monthly salary of PHP 18,000 (6 months experience), PHP 20,000 to 21,000 (1 to 2 years), or PHP 22,000 to 23,000 (2 to 3 years)
• Joining bonus equivalent to one month's basic salary
• PHP 3,200 monthly allowance
