Job summary

Ugnay Solutions in Manila is hiring a customer support agent for an onsite, full-time role supporting a well-known consumer brand. You will handle customer calls, provide clear resolutions, and work with the team to improve processes. What we are looking for

• At least 1 year of voice or BPO experience, preferably in a customer facing role
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong command of the English language

• Strong problem solving skills and sound judgment under pressure
• Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining call quality
