Private Advertiser is seeking a Consumer Banking Relationship Agent to assist customers with banking inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services. The role requires excellent communication, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle concerns professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of BPO experience handling international voice accounts and be willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley, Taguig City on a fixed night

About the role

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the capacity to handle customer concerns professionally in a fast-paced environment.

About you
